Our Dining Room needs volunteer support to package to-go meals on our socially-distanced assembly line!
We rely on volunteers each day to serve over 2,000 meals to our guests. This volunteer role will not involve interaction with guests, but your help behind-the-scenes is essential to the success of our daily meal service. Volunteers will be assigned a meal packing or food preparation role beside our conveyor belt in our Dining Room and spaced six feet from others. Masks are required at all times for staff and volunteers, as well as gloves and hairnets which will be provided. There is no heavy lifting, however, volunteers will need to stand for the majority of the shift. Join us in the preparation of the thousands of meals we serve each day curbside to our guests!
Volunteers must be 18 years or older for this shift.
By signing up for this shift you are agreeing to self-screen by adhering to the San Francisco Department of Public Health guidelines: https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/prevent-getting-sick/social-distancing.html.
Signing up to volunteer is easy, just sign-up on our Volunteer Shifts Calendar https://www.stanthonysf.org/shifts/ or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
All volunteers must check in to the 150 Golden Gate Ave. building to be temperature screened.
No additional volunteer opportunities at this time.
