We need someone to learn about what we do and what we have going on. The VC would meet with the ED and the Farm Manager to discuss the upcoming projects and opportunities coming up. They will collectively plan a day and time that is recurring. Provide a 15-minute orientation about tasks, what we do, safety, sign in, fill out waivers for the volunteers, and delegate the tasks. This will be an ongoing position. You will train other Volunteer leads. We will have several different opportunities to choose from.
