The Arthritis Foundation Live Yes! Online Community connects people with arthritis 24/7 with those who understand what it’s like. As an Online Community Moderator you will review, post and engage in a designated forum - either arthritis type/disease- or topic-specific.
Responsibilities and roles include:
Review user-generated content and actively engage in posts
Welcome new members or first-time posters
Posts weekly utilizing relevant Arthritis Foundation articles, content, messages, and events
Take part in the Arthritis Community Learning Center to find resources and tools and attend monthly Online Moderator conference calls
Process any public complaints, escalating when necessary to the Moderator Team Leader
Remove any postings and/or block users for posts that contain objectionable or inappropriate content
