Job Description:

Our Project Manager will be responsible for determining and defining project scope and objectives, predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner, prepare a budget based on the scope of work and resource requirements, track project costs in order to meet budget, develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan, provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress, manage contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables, utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution, monitor progress and make adjustments as needed, and measure project performance to identify areas for improvement. The ideal candidate must have worked with nonprofit organizations previously (or currently) and can provide references for those organizations.

Description

Her Choice Advocacy’s purpose is to give intellectual, moral and social instruction to society on why all women who conceived through sexual assault and the children conceived should be protected by law, have social inclusion, and be free from re-victimization.

We seek to provide supportive services, resource assistance, advocacy, social inclusion, public awareness, and campaigning for policy provisions. Further, we wish to educate professionals, advocates, legislatures, and leaders on how to articulate proper comprehensive, culturally sensitive based services and support for women who conceived from sexual assault.
