AHC provides affordable housing in Baltimore neighborhoods. We have recently opened a computer lab in the community center and are looking for volunteers to help.
Types of computer lab work include assisting senior citizens with basic computer tasks, helping adult residents with resumes and virtual job interviews and assisting during computer time in the summer lunch program for elementary school students. We can customize volunteer roles based on the volunteer's interests.
Volunteers can help once a week or more often.
The computer lab will be open to adults & senior citizens on Mondays. Exact time to be determined.
The summer lunch program for students runs on Tuesdays, Wednesdays & Thursdays June 20 - August 10. Volunteers can help for partial or full days (1-5pm). If volunteering for the full time, you will serve food before moving to the computer lab.
Email volunteer@ahcinc.org for more information.
