We are seeking a Volunteer Recruitment Team Lead to help promote and fill volunteer opportunities across the region. We are a collaborative and creative team seeking a team member to help us improve our social media and community presence!
- Use your skills and connections to creatively pitch opportunities to audiences
- Developing a recruitment network throughout the region using internal and external partners
- Working with departments to recruit current volunteers into leadership opportunities and new opportunities - enabling them with tools and materials to promote positions when engaging with current volunteers
- Using or developing leadership skills as you manage a team of volunteer recruiters in your chapter
