Director of Event Management Responsibilities:
- Facilitate Code for San Jose events
- Virtual "Civic Hack Nights"
- Biweekly working sessions for the entire volunteer group
- Prepare agendas for hack nights
- (Optional) Get our hack nights live streamed
- (Post-COVID) schedule hack night venues
- (Post-COVID) coordinate food delivery
- National Day of Civic Hacking
- An all day event where people do various civic activities
- Social events
- Happy hours
- Schedule zoom calls & meetup events
- Coordinate with Marketing and Community Engagement
- Organize speakers and project presentations
- Record (if given permission) speakers and publish to YouTube
