We are a nonprofit in Elgin, TX. We provide support services, therapeutic farming, and meaningful work to the community to help bridge the gap between people with substance use disorder and society. With COVID, several of the board's work has been put off and halted. We need some help in developing the infrastructure. We could use a mentor to walk us through the steps to functioning like a well-oiled machine. If you have an interest in helping people and have experience with nonprofits please reach out! Any consultation is welcomed.

Description
As a working farm, we support the development of life skills and the re-discovery of life purpose. As we care for and train rescue animals, keep bees, or sell our organic products, we also rebuild our lost connection to the community.
