United Against Human Trafficking
Are you looking for a way to engage in the fight against human trafficking?
Do you want to explore what defines male masculinity, healthy relationships, and violence prevention?
After launching a successful pilot program to reduce the demand for sex trafficking in September, United Against Human Trafficking is seeking volunteers for another pilot.
Stopping Sexual Exploitation: A Program For Men (SSE) is a non-judgmental program based on principles of social justice and personal transformation. The program consists of 8 small, VIRTUAL group sessions, is designed to help men identify personal and social responsibility, and promote their own decisions to not buy sex.
To be clear, this program does NOT require that volunteers have considered or actually purchased sex. It is your insights and opinions on the subject we seek. Our staff needs your participation to continue to prepare for the (delayed) launch of the actual program early next year.
UAHT is looking for 5 male volunteers for an intensive six-week period, starting the week of Feb. 15 and running until March 4th. The time commitment will be about two weekday evenings online per week from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m.

To end human trafficking through preventing exploitation, educating the community, and empowering survivors.
United Against Human Trafficking (UAHT) believes that no human life should be for sale. Children and teenagers, men and women are exploited for sex and labor in our city every day. We exist to change that through awareness, education, and outreach. Our vision: We fight so that all may live free.
This is a Virtual Opportunity, with no fixed address.
