Our board of directors is looking for excited, community-minded leaders who want to help propel our mission of supporting a culture of entrepreneurship in the Greater Grand Forks community. Our board oversees Evolve Grand Forks and The 701 Coworking space. We are a newer organization looking to build capacity, community awareness, and grow our reach. The board is very hands-on and involved in the organization.
Roles and responsibilities include:
-assisting in securing funds (through fundraising, peer to peer, grants, sponsorships) to further Evolve GF's goals and initiatives
-connecting the organization through the circle of influence
-positively representing the agency at community & networking events
-attending annual events and willingness to assist as needed on event creation and execution (such as 1 Million Cups, Main Street, smaller workshops, and annual board hosted events)
-positive and motivated attitude to propel the mission
-passion and concern for the success of startups, budding businesses, and the community of Grand Forks.

Description
Established in 2017 as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, Evolve and The 701 Coworking space set out to offer entrepreneur programs and affordable office space for start-ups and budding businesses in the region. The 701 Coworking space is home to many of the areas business owners and offers a convenient location to work remotely or as a team. Evolve Grand Forks currently offers many programs to assist entrepreneurs to successfully launch their business, some of which include: Main Street Grand Forks; Dakno Gaming; 1 Million Cups Grand Forks; and DroneBiz. Evolve Grand Forks is an integral piece of the Grand Forks Entrepreneurial Ecosystem.
