Hello
slavefreetrade(r) is an #NGO aiming at promoting #humanrights at work by accompanying companies in their improvement journey and enabling consumers’ information based buying decisions.
Slavefreetrade is looking for a #volunteering #developmentmanager. We are at an exiting moment when we are developing our first versions of the various solutions that we need to reach our cause.
NGO is based in Geneva but #volunteers are located all around the globe.
This role is particularly interesting as this is the opportunity to put in place the organisation, processes and tools so that we have an effective and #agilemindset development team.
Part of the responsibilities are as well:
· Coordination of the developer team (front and back)
· Synchronisation with the Product Owners, User Experience, Operations and Human Right Teams as business representatives
· Management of the development funnel and associated backlogs
· Coordinate testing
· Coach developers
An experience in the role is preferable, motivation & autonomy are key.
If you are interested or know someone who could be interested, please apply online
Thanks for reading and have a nice day.
