Zoom Event Tech Support

We are looking for a volunteer to run tech support for Bay Area Green Tour’s first live Solutionaries Speak Zoom event on Thursday Nov 12th at 12pm - 1pm PST. The event will involve one host and two guest speakers presenting a pre-recorded video, powerpoint slides, and hosting a Q&A session with the audience. This volunteer would help run the Zoom event by troubleshooting any technical issues that arise, cueing up and sharing the slides and video during the event, monitoring the chat, and supporting the speakers in the overall management of the event. If you or somebody you know has experience running Zoom events and is interested in helping out, please reach out to hr@bayareagreentours.org with your resume and brief description of your Zoom experience. Thank you!
