The Global Health and Education Projects, Inc. (GHEP) publishes 2 online public health publications. We are looking for volunteer editors and writers to help us edit submissions from ESL authors. Volunteers should have a good command of the written English language, attention to detail, and eagle eyes to help us edit these documents. Excellent opportunity to contribute to global health. Training and orientation will be provided.
GHEP is a global non-profit, educational, research, and development organization based in the Washington, DC metro area. Our mission is to eliminate health disparities by addressing the non-medical factors that impact health outcomes known as the social determinants of health.

The mission of the Global Health and Education Projects (GHEP) is to eliminate health disparities by addressing the non-medical factors that impact health outcomes, also known as the social determinant of health.
Description
GHEP achieves its mission by delivering 6 programs: baby diaper distribution, family tree adoption program, public health 360, health, environmental education and awareness, healthy heart, and research and scholarly publications. The community is front and center of GHEP programs because it is for the community we serve. GHEP is a non-discriminatory organization welcoming individuals from all works of life.
