Do you want to share your gift of music with the community?
Bridge Hospice is looking for compassionate, caring, talented guitarist, keyboardist, violinist, and harpist to provide music for our hospice patients in the Alameda, Santa Clara, and San Mateo counties. Description
Bridge Hospice provides comfort and support compassionately to patients and their families when a life limiting illness no longer responds to cure-oriented treatment. Our interdisciplinary approach is designed to manage all symptoms related to end stage illnesses, including pain, wound and respiratory management, while attending to the patient's physical, psychosocial and spiritual needs as well. We currently serve hospice patients throughout Alameda, San Mateo, Santa Clara and Stanislaus Counties. Our offices are located in Fremont and Modesto, California.
