PROVIDE RIDES FOR TEENS & ADULTS NEEDING TRANSPORTATION TO AND FROM APPOINTMENTS
Looking for a way to give back to your community? Harbor Hope Center has a fun new opportunity for volunteers using their own vehicles to provide rides to and from appointments.
Each day we match those who need a lift with volunteers who have reliable transportation. Neighbor helping neighbor. Simply pick a time window where you could give a ride if called upon. Reminder: Sometimes riders cancel or fail to show up so a bit of flexibility is appreciated.
Harbor Hope Center is a private non-profit established to serve individual and families in the greater Gig Harbor and Key Peninsula area. These areas suffer from the same social problems as larger metropolitan neighbors; poverty, homelessness, hunger, lack of transportation, broken homes, the opioid crisis and other drug and alcohol-related problems. Harbor Hope Center has been established to fill the service gap. And we invite you to join us in making a meaningful difference with our lives.
Valid drivers license and proof of auto insurance required.
