COVID-19 has created a situation where restaurants must learn to pivot and create new ways of doing business such as, revising takeout, carry out or curbside pick up, online ordering and delivery. Perhaps your experience has dealt with some of these changes and can help them become more adapted and effective.

Everyone thinks they can own and run a restaurant but there are so many details that are needed to run a successful restaurant that you can help our clients understand.

Perhaps you would be interested in teaching a webinar about basic restaurant skills.

You may also choose to have the chance to mentor new restaurateurs to help them understand their problems and figure out how to solve them.
