Role Overview
School Group is looking for a Change Management Lead to play a key role in ensuring projects (change initiatives) meet objectives on time and on budget by increasing volunteer adoption and usage. This person will focus on the people side of change, including changes to business processes, systems and technology, job roles and organization structure.
Essential Functions
- Develop change management strategies and detailed change management plans.
- Coach department leaders in change management principles and their practical application in a project.
- Continually assess progression of change readiness by stakeholders and refine or supplement the change management plans as required.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of change management strategies and tactics used to promote adoption.
- Work closely with the role responsible for benefits realization management to monitor adoption and conduct investigations into unsatisfactory outcomes.
- Support training efforts by providing input, document requirements and support the design and delivery of training programs.
- Create actionable deliverables for the five change management levers: communications plan, sponsor roadmap, coaching plan, training plan, resistance management plan.
- Identify and manage anticipated resistance.

Key Relationships
- Need s to work closely with all department leads and teams and to collaborate with Knowledge Manager for all the new changes and process.
- Shall report to Lead , Quality .
Qualifications
Basic
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration or another related field, and coursework in Organizational Change Management preferred
- 3-5 years of experience as an Organizational Change Management specialist, business analyst, or project manager role leading business process transformation, at least some of which is related to the introduction of new technology
- Able to work effectively at all levels in an organization
- Must be a team player and able to work collaboratively with and through others
- Should know how to create Change Management Processes from scratch and then imply them per ISO 9001:2015 standpoint
Preferred
- Able to manage multiple conflicting priorities, reprioritize tasks, establish priorities, work independently and meet deadlines
