Description of Work:

With our current expansion and our exciting projections for future growth, ReKaivery is looking for a social media intern. ReKaivery is searching for an intern to promote brand awareness and develop connections through Mailchimp, Instagram, and Facebook.

The Social Media intern should have a passion for digital communications, be able to identify digital media trends, possess knowledge in creating and managing digital content, and be fluent in promoting inclusiveness in all marketing. This position develops content for various channels including videos, photos, and graphics for social media, websites, and email campaigns. We are seeking a candidate with creativity and some experience in web marketing platforms.

An introduction session will be scheduled once the intern is notified of their position to ensure a smooth onboarding process. The position reports to ReKaivery’s Director of Communications.

Required Job Qualifications:

• Interest in communications, marketing, journalism, public relations or a related field
• Some experience (practical and/or academic) in professional communications or marketing
• Excellent writing, grammar and editing skills
• Ability to develop posts through creation of videos or photography
• Familiarity with MailChimp, Instagram, and Facebook
• Compliance with all of ReKaivery’s corporate values
