Want to support Baltimore youth entrepreneurs while fighting COVID-19? Join Made@Dent (madeatdent.com), a social enterprise, co-owned by Baltimore youth and Dent Education (denteducation.org), that builds to better lives, beginning with PPE. So far, our youth have earned over $48,000 and created over 30,000 face shields for frontline workers.

We have a variety of roles that offer different benefits. You can support operations (Drivers, Facility Operators), the business (Sales Account Managers, Stream Advisors), or build student relationships (Maker Coaches). Our biggest need currently is Drivers & Facility Operators.

While we hope first and foremost you choose to be an ED because of the impact, we know volunteering is a privilege. Therefore, EDs can either volunteer or choose an "Earn What You Need" payment option (equivalent to around $15/hour at the full-amount)!

Who are Essential Denters?
Essential Denters (EDs) are adults who are crucial to helping our Baltimore City youth run and operate Made@Dent as we build towards our goal of building 75,000 face shields. So far, EDs have helped students earn over $48,000 and create over 30,000 shields for frontline workers!
