Quick Overview: Help with various tasks in the Food Distribution center of Los Angeles

Los Angeles Boys & Girls Club's mission is to enable and inspire youth, especially those who need us most, to realize their full potential as productive, caring and responsible members of the community.

Impact: Volunteers will be contributing to families and individuals that are in need of food during this time of crisis.

Volunteer Roles and Responsibilities: Volunteer roles include: placing food in bags, distributing food to community, collecting information from food recipients, tracking data on spreadsheet, taking calls related to food distribution, and delivering meals to seniors. *Not all volunteers will do all of these, but we are looking for help with these different tasks.

Hours: Thursdays from 2- 5:30 pm

Covid-19 Precautions:

* Volunteers under the age of 18 will need to bring and have signed by a parent/guardian a Volunteer Agreement & Release for Minors. The form can be found on L.A. Works website Q&A section.

By clicking "express interest," I acknowledge that I am voluntarily participating in the Activities and have considered those risks. I hereby expressly and specifically assume such risks, including any and all risk of injury, illness, harm, or loss that I may incur as a result of my participation in the Activities. I hereby fully and forever release and discharge L.A. Works from, and expressly waive, any and all liability, claims, and demands of whatever kind or nature, either in law or in equity, that may arise from my participation in the Activities.
