The Regional Managing Director (RMD) is responsible for enriching the lives of our coaches working within all ages and stages of life. They will be a coach for our coaches, helping them realize and achieve their program goals.
This volunteer will take on many hats, collaborate within our organization, and play a key role in goal achievement.
The main responsibilities of the RMD will include:
- Guide our coaches on ways to enhance programs for our members; refining, monitoring, and redirecting our coaches so they can grow
- Serve as an objective voice for our coaches, reinforcing positive retention and value
- Provide motivation and inspiration that push our coaches to their true potential
- Hold our coaches accountable for reaching their goals
The ideal candidate must possess empathy as well as an ability to think analytically. The RMD enjoys helping others and is well-versed in organization, communication, and leadership skills. This volunteer will have effective strategy building techniques. This volunteer will also have proficiency in virtual communications such as slide shows, webinars, video conferencing, and office software applications.

Our vision is to create a global nonprofit platform that propels her limitless possibilities. We are a community where women connect, explore and transform through an immersive virtual platform of coaches with expertise in the areas of career, finance, leadership, self-connection, parenting and entrepreneurship.
Description
In addition to our vision illuminating a diverse group of women spanning multi-generations with increased capacity to embrace individual strengths for well-being, we have created a community within our internal structure for our volunteers. We are proud that our platform provides opportunities to help mentor and enhance our volunteers' skills with professional leadership.
