Reporting to the Director of Cyber Support, the Assistant Director of Cyber Support assists the oversight of the organization’s daily business activities. They are responsible for managing its resources, developing, and implementing an operational plan and ensuring that procedures are carried out properly.

  • Manages the Human Resources, Marketing, and Finance Coordinators as they conduct their positions and teams.
  • Working with the human resources department to create job descriptions, hire competent personnel and oversee employee training programs.
  • Keeping track of the company's revenue margins and conducting budget reviews to maximize profits.

An Assistant Director of Cyber Support typically holds a bachelor’s or associate degree in business administration, finance, management, or a related field. A bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, personnel management, or a related field is highly valued. Professional certifications in personnel management, operations management, data analysis or supply chain management may be very useful.

This includes training and certification in cybercrime investigations, resources for investigations, and support to law enforcement, information technology, and private agencies around the globe.
