The Fargo VA is seeking to recruit volunteers willing to serve our Veterans during the COVID-19 Pandemic.

The Red Coat Runner program is a hybrid program combining two essential positions: patient escort (Transport) and patient greeters.

Essential Duties of the Red Coat Runners:

-Work with Medical Support Assistants (MSA) to ensure patient waiting rooms conform to social-distancing guidelines

-Utilize the kiosk to help check Veterans in for their appointments

This exciting and fast-paced opportunity will require volunteers whom are energetic, patient-centered, flexible and have excellent verbal communication skills.
