Volunteer needed to help with online grief support group. The group will take place on either Zoom or Webex, so you will need to have a computer and private, uninterrupted space. The group will be 90 minutes long, and will probably take place on Wednesday in the afternoon or early evening. We are flexible on the start date, like it to start sometime in November and run through the holidays. This group will be educational and supportive, and have a "surviving through the holidays" focus. There will be some training with you before the group starts, and I have all of the materials and items needed. You do not need to have any counseling or group experience. I’m looking for someone who is comfortable with basic technology, has good listening skills, is interested in learning more about supporting others through grief, and hasn’t had a personal death in the past year.
