Bilingual front desk volunteers are responsible for being the voice and welcoming face of Our Lady of Mercy Community Outreach. Activities will include answering phones, assisting patients with check-in procedures, and answer general questions about the organization in a fast-paced environment. Volunteers may be asked to complete other clerical tasks. Our front desk office is outfitted with plexiglass dividers. Face masks are worn by staff and volunteers. Weekly shifts are available on Mondays and Thursdays from 9am-12pm and 12pm-3pm.
