Get behind the wheel and get senior citizens moving for a good cause!
Volunteers manage and operate a community-wide senior transportation service available to West Chester residents age 60 and older. The service currently provides transportation to doctor's appointments, the grocery store, pharmacy, and other essential trips.
The Senior Van Volunteer Transportation Serviceis a lifeline to otherwise home-bound residents of the community and is a rewarding volunteer opportunity. Volunteers are asked to commit to 4 - 5 hours per week. A Township vehicle is provided to volunteer drivers.
