ORGANIZATION: ART OF RECYCLE

Image_202104071046

Art of Recycle is Unique!

If you are looking for a unique place, full of interesting people dedicated to multiple layers of good results, then Art of Recycle is for you.

We take donations and turn them into a fun shop full of arts and crafts supplies, and a whole lot more!
The shop funds creative workshops (before covid and, hopefully, soon again), kits of materials for groups, and a teachers’ supplies area.

All of these various activities require volunteers to sort and organize materials. Other needs include signage, labeling, or computer expertise.

Please come see us, take a little tour and see the magic behind the store.

About ART OF RECYCLE

Location:

27 CLOISTER AVE, EPHRATA, PA 17522, US

Mission Statement

To develop, heal and grow community through recycled art. We aim to inspire more art and assist artists in developing skills for art creation by using and re-using the available resources around them. Our objective is to teach people how to create "art with purpose" reusing discarded, unwanted, and excess items; creating generations of artists and crafters who are more environmentally conscious.

Description

AoR started over a decade ago, teaching free and low cost workshops while providing free and low-cost materials to teachers and organization leaders to help sustain their programs as well.
