Given that young people are spending so much of their time on Youtube and on other platforms, WHOMENTORSDOTCOM INC. is recruiting 365 YouTuber Influencers willing to strongly affiliate* as volunteers and create digital content that is compelling for the Nonprofit Channel:

http://youtube.com/user/whomentorsdotcom

If only twelve candidates commit to this, each volunteer has the option to create short duration content for an entire month (one video per week, maximum five, 3 to 5 minutes in length).

If three hundred and sixty-five volunteers agree, then each person can submit one video per day.

The goal is to create "ever-green" videos that address specific topics (think public service announcements PSAs).

* NOTE: In determining whether a volunteer has provided services to WHOMENTORSDOTCOM INC., courts [in the USA] consider the strength of the volunteer's affiliation with the [501(c)(3)] organization, the organization's ability to initiate or request services from the volunteer, the organization's supervision over the volunteer's work, and the volunteer's accountability to the organization. Prospective candidates are asked to advance their own funds to the operation of the project in the form of an annual registration fee and to use their own equipment such as a camera-phone and laptop to record and edit the material. Review the orientation http://www.whomentors.com/pdf/volunteerorientation.pdf or scheduler a session http://zoomregister.whomentors.com

This posting complies with the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), and applicable federal and state laws with respect to volunteers.
