We're looking for a volunteer with PR experience to help us get the word out about our innovative peer-to-peer ESL program! ENGin connects high school and college-age volunteers to their peers in Ukraine to help practice speaking English. In a few short months, we've grown to serve 1,100 students and volunteers worldwide.
You will work with ENGin leadership to gather the information you need to write targeted press releases. You will be responsible for identifying, reaching out to, and following up with various media outlets to share the press releases with them.
To apply, please contact email@example.com and mention any prior relevant experience.
ENGin is a peer-to-peer ESL program providing free, high-quality speaking practice for English learners while offering English speakers a flexible and rewarding volunteer opportunity.
ENGin matches fluent English speakers with Ukrainian students who need to improve their spoken English. Our program was founded to fill a major gap in English-language education in Ukraine: while many teenagers study English grammar and vocabulary in school, few have access to high-quality, affordable opportunities to practice the essential skill of speaking.
ENGin allows volunteers to make an impact without leaving their rooms while also expanding their cultural horizons. We work with volunteers ages 15-22; the commitment starts at 1-2 hours a week. **We are currently in need of volunteers age 19-22 only.**
