Support The Enlisted Project (STEP)

STEP is looking for volunteers to assist with their incoming Thanksgiving donations by inventorying and preparing them for distribution. Let the Volunteer Leader know if you would be comfortable using a STEP vehicle to pick up donations during the shift. With your help they will be provide Thanksgiving Dinners to 200 military families. Opportunity Requirements & Important Notes Attire: Please wear comfortable clothing and closed-toe shoes. Bring: Reusable water and snacks. Physical Requirements: Able to lift at least 20 pounds. Safety: STEP will be following all CDC and local guidelines for social distancing to ensure volunteers, families, and staff stay healthy and safe. Masks and/or face coverings are required for all volunteer events. They will take your temperature at the office entrance and will have hand sanitizer available for you. Volunteers are implemented in every part of the nonprofit, and is vital to reach our mission of supporting these military families. We need consistent help with sorting donated items, as well as administrative and holiday program support.
