We still have many opportunities even during COVID that keeps our volunteers, patients, families, and employees safe. The Volunteer Coordinator will work with you to customize your volunteering experience and to fit with your skills and availability. We even have virtual options and things that can be done from home.

Description

Hospice provides support and care for persons in the last phases of incurable disease so they may live as fully and as comfortable as possible. Hospice recognizes dying as a part of the normal process of living and focuses on maintaining the quality of remaining life. Hospice affirms life, and neither hastens nor postpones death. Hospice focuses on caring, not curing and in most cases care is provided in the patients home, which enables families to stay together in peace, comfort and dignity.
