Help women at different life stages and circumstances to find programs and content that speak to their needs and motivate women to take action. If you’re passionate about developing campaigns, launching error free emails, and you are looking to help empower women, this is the position for you.
You will partner with creative and analytical resources to successfully launch email marketing campaigns. As part of the marketing team, you can be part of determining a target audience, devise a campaign, and launch email campaigns to create buzz for an event and/or generate leads for fundraising.
50/50 Leadership is a 100% volunteer-based nonprofit committed to empowering, education, and inspiring women from all walks of life to become leaders in their careers and communities.

- Create and execute email marketing campaigns to promote our events and content.
- Ensure marketing message is conveyed clearly
- Ensure messages are sent in proper form and template.
- Proofread emails for clarity, grammar, spelling, and brevity.
- Work with the team to include specific graphics, incentives, and detailed descriptions.
- Ensure messages are mobile-friendly.
- Manage and leverage email templates

Description
Established in 2004, we provide financial literacy programs to young women who have grown up in foster care, been incarcerated, been unhoused, and/or survived gender-based violence. In the past, we led leadership training programs and honored women who are making a difference around the world.
We feel that every girl and woman should have the opportunity to realize their leadership potential. Whether they are a leader in their home, at work, school or in the community.
We are women and men from all walks of life who agree that leadership should reflect the gender of the population: women make up more than half of the U.S. population and should be equally included in boardrooms, elected offices, academia, and all public and private enterprises and endeavors.
