Help me code an Intelligent Search Engine for educational use. We will design a distributed cluster based search engine that uses ontologies and Natural language processing to return high quality educational content on topic and of appropriate learning level. F1 OPT Welcome. Scala, Java, R and Python will be used for parts of this project. We are open to other approaches as well.
