As a Remote Christian Chaplain with Hope School Mental Health, you will provide office hours on our website so that our clients can book appointments with you for spiritual direction and mentorship. Your primary duties would include:
Meeting one-on-one, through online video calls with our clients to give spiritual direction.
Addressing people’s questions and concerns related to the Christian faith.
Giving practical, Biblical advice to help people walk with God through their struggles.
Praying with and for clients.
Optionally, leading online support groups for members.
Joining regular meetings with the Hope School Mental Health leadership team.
Through connection, compassion and creativity we aim to help the millions around the world who struggle with mental health issues. We aim to provide an arsenal of resources and care that anyone can access. Through our work, we support and respect all those who fight the good fight against mental illness every single day of their lives. On his own personal journey toward wellness, our founder John Lashbrook has dealt with mental health challenges and traveled the world in search of solutions. His life’s work today is to impart the wisdom and resources he’s acquired to anyone in need.
We seek to help support you through 4 different means; Life Coaching, Support Groups, Therapy, and Chaplaincy.
