The Volunteer Department Assistant will perform a variety of tasks depending on scheduled projects and weekly routines from the office at our South Elgin Shelter. This role may include administrative tasks as designated by the Volunteer Manager. This position helps to extend the resources in the Volunteer Department to assist and direct the needs of our volunteers, decrease attrition, and to foster stronger relationships among our volunteers.
