Position Function & Organizational Impact:

• Ensure all rules and bylaws are followed and adhered to
• Maintain Ruff Haven records and documentation

Core responsibilities:

• Stay informed of Ruff Haven’s bylaws and uphold legal requirements of governing documents
• Record minutes at Board of Directors meetings
• Ensures there is a quorum at Board meetings
• Maintain accurate and timely records, documents, policies and procedures
• Save and publish meeting minutes on the Ruff Haven Google Drive within 48 hours of a board meeting
• Keep Ruff Haven leadership contact information up to date
• Participate in Board meetings as a voting member
• Actively participate in the Facebook leadership group
