Please visit the new page to apply.
Looking for nonprofit and business leaders who are willing to invest in the development of rising nonprofit youth and children's workers throughout Latin America. You would be working with fellows in our program who are preparing to launch their own organization upon completion of our program. We want you to take your knowledge and experiences of working in a business or nonprofit and impart the lessons you have learned onto the next generation of young leaders throughout Latin America. Topics of discussion can range from marketing and branding to spiritual formation and best leadership practices. This is a chance to connect and share your passions and skills in a meaningful way.

Mission Statement
We seek to create safe spaces throughout Latin America, where children and youth are given the tools necessary for life management, academic excellence, spiritual growth, and Christian leadership. Our ministry model includes afterschool programs, vacation camps, youth employment programs, experiential learning, and alternative schools.
Description
As a community of people inspired and guided by Jesus, we exist to reduce poverty in under-resourced communities by unlocking the inherent potential of children and teens.
We facilitate the creation of innovative, sustainable, Christian, youth-serving institutions in under-resourced communities.
The UrbanPromise School of Entrepreneurial Leadership (UPSEL) was founded to offer global visionaries an opportunity for increased training and access to resources that would help address the most pressing needs impacting vulnerable youth. We have established a branch of UPSEL at our UPLAM site in Copán Ruinas, Honduras, designed specifically for leaders around Latin America. During their time in Copán Ruinas, leaders receive in-depth instruction in non-profit organizational leadership and practical training experience from UPH personnel. In the final stage of the 12-month program, leaders have the opportunity to develop project proposals and request seed capital to fund start-up affiliates in their communities abroad or to expand existing programs. The UrbanPromise Latin America fellowship program includes significant cross-cultural experiences, providing an opportunity to foster collaboration towards a common vision among a more global audience.
