Description

If Puerto Rico is to recover from the devastation brought by the recent natural disasters and health crisis, it is of critical importance that we improve transparency, accountability and efficiency, starting with the area of highest risk of corruption, public contracting. Sembrando Sentido takes into account the different stages of civic activism, to strengthen advocacy for better governance, true transparency, and participatory citizen monitoring, to ensure optimization of public resources and protect the health and lives of our people.
