Hello!
We have an opening for a volunteer who will act as Executive Assistant to our Founder/Executive Director.
This position will be nearly all remote work, requiring good internet and great computer familiarity, but would strongly prefer you live in Cleveland. You would work alongside the Executive Director to do clerical tasks and assist with maintaining organization and some communications.
Qualities our Executive Assistant will need:
Consistent and reliable communicator
Daily availability if a need arises
Honest
Familiar with Microsoft Office, especially OneDrive and Excel, and with Google tools such as Forms
Willing to take supervision and correction
Gracious with others’ imperfections
Friendly
Detail-oriented with regards to Grammar and Spelling

Description
Who Saved Whom is a 501c3 non-profit dog rescue that saves at-risk dogs that are usually on death row at local animal control.
We team up long-term to rehab each dog in order to prepare them for successful adoption to their forever homes.
We are volunteer-based, remotely operated, in Cleveland, TN. Initially, we will serve Bradley and Hamilton counties, branching out as success and resources permit.
