We're looking for a Massachusetts-based Treasurer to join our Board of Directors who is passionate about education focused on students well-being and social-emotional development. The Treasurer is responsible for developing an annual organizational budget in partnership with the Executive Director, keeping accurate records of all income and expenses relative to budgeted amounts, managing bank accounts and cash balance, and reporting on quarterly financials at board meetings. The Treasurer also assists our pro-bono accountants in preparing annual federal and state filings and assists our Executive Director in managing payroll, insurance, and other finance-related activities.
