Hello!
Are you looking for somewhere to complete community service hours at? We are currently looking for volunteers/interns for our office. This is a good opportunity for anyone studying in the medical or social work field & who would like to become familiar with the hospice environment.
It is also a good opportunity for those who are retired looking to serve the community (for example, we have an opportunity on Thursdays that consists of making calls to the patients' families to check in on them).
Service hours would take place during our office hours: Monday - Friday, 8AM - 5PM.
Please reach out to Claudia Franco at claudia.franco@goodshepherdhospice.com or at 210-733-3939.
You can also visit our website at: https://www.goodshepherdhospice.com/volunteers/
Thank you for your time!
