Willow is looking for volunteers age 18+ to visit with patients, listen, perhaps hold a hand, read the newspaper, give respite to a family member, provide a meal or even write down special memories a loved one can leave behind. You don’t have to have a lot of experience or even know what to do - we will help you in the process of connecting with someone and providing a much valued service during a critical time for families. If you have time to share and would rather help in an administrative capacity, we have opportunities in the office making bereavement follow-up calls, answering phones, preparing folders, filing and scanning. Wherever your heart and talents lie, we can make it work together for the betterment of someone else!
