Go adventuring and find some stones/pebbles in any shape or size. Once they're cleaned up, have some fun painting them with encouraging messages of empowerment, or even just beautiful designs.
We place these pebbles in court bags, allow clients to grab one that speaks to them, or hold when they sit on the stand to testify. It's a great way to let a child know that someone believes they're strong, powerful, and brave.

Description
The Children’s Advocacy Center of Kent County is a non-profit organization that works as part of a multidisciplinary team to provide a collaborated response to child sexual abuse. Our team includes administrative staff, clinical staff, medical staff, Law Enforcement, Child Protective Services, and the Prosecutor’s Office.
