National Volunteer Week 2021 Is Here!
Celebrate with us as we highlight #ArtAsActivism!
Pierce County needs volunteers right now. Emergency Food Network (EFN) distributes food to 80+ food pantries, meal sites, and shelters in Pierce County. Many of these sites are entirely run by volunteers or rely heavily on volunteer assistance to accommodate the 114,000 visits made each month. This is a volunteer opportunity available with one of our friends and partners.

The mission of Emergency Food Network is "to provide Pierce County with a consistent, diverse and nutritious food supply so that no person goes hungry."
Currently 1 in 7 people in Pierce County faces food insecurity, and the need is always growing. Through our 76 partner programs and our eight acre Organic farm in Puyallup, EFN distributed nearly 20 million dollars worth of food 2018 alone. 14,500 hours of time given by our volunteers made this work possible. Volunteer opportunities include the Repack Project, Break Bags, weeding at EFN's Mother Earth Farm, and more. We hope you will join us!
We'll work with your schedule.
