Join other successful business professionals and become a CCT volunteer! Use your business skills to provide critical, strategic consulting services to Boston-area nonprofits. We are always looking for dedicated Team Members and Project Managers to staff our annual projects which take place approximately January through May/June 2022 and require approximately 4-6 hrs/week.

CCT is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization that, since 1990, has helped over 170 Boston-area nonprofits to clarify their mission, evaluate new service opportunities, create effective marketing approaches, and improve the efficiency of their operations.

Community Consulting Teams of Boston ( CCT ) amplifies the impact of Boston-area nonprofits through pro bono management consulting projects performed by teams of experienced MBAs from top-tier business schools.

Overview

Founded in 1990, Community Consulting Teams (CCT) of Boston has helped over 170 Boston-area nonprofits using more than 600 alumni volunteers to clarify their mission, evaluate new service opportunities, create effective marketing approaches, and improve the efficiency of their operations.

CCT serves socially conscious and innovative nonprofits that have critical strategic or management challenges. Our projects are staffed by professional alumni volunteers recruited from the top-ranked business schools who work together in teams to define, research, analyze and solve our clients’ issues. We offer volunteers a meaningful service opportunity to join with other like-minded alumni in support of the common goal of strengthening the greater community.

CCT is a 501 (c) 3 nonprofit organization.

Volunteers

CCT attracts the majority of its volunteers through the local alumni associations of leading business schools including: Tuck, Wharton, Sloan, Kellogg, Stanford, Darden, Fuqua, Johnson, and Yale, among others. Anyone with a MBA or equivalent from a leading business school is welcome at CCT. CCT recruits volunteers who are excellent team players, problem solvers, and communicators.
