Are you looking for a safe way to connect community members with nourishing food and resources? If so, consider joining our rotation of Benevolent Box volunteers who deliver our free, farm-fresh CSA-style boxes to homebound individuals who are unable to attend weekly markets. Shifts take place every other week on Tuesdays at 10am and Fridays at 3pm with flexibility and would involve home delivery to up to 6 households throughout Black Mountain, Swannanoa and Asheville.

Bounty & Soul is a Black Mountain-based nonprofit that connects, shares, and celebrates nutritious food, education, and community. We host weekly FREE, fresh produce markets paired with nutrition and wellness education and resources for adults and children as well as accessible yoga and Zumba classes. We are dedicated to creating communities where everyone has the right and opportunity to eat well, be nourished, and thrive.
