Podcast

We are on the lookout for a Podcast Editor to join our team. Our podcast "You Should Meet..." is a 30-minute podcast aimed at "introducing" listeners to people they otherwise would never meet in their everyday life. So far, we've recorded interviews with a CEO revolutionizing women's healthcare, a Pastor who lost his entire congregation because he wanted to focus on issues of diversity, and someone who ran across America and raised $500K for clean water.

This podcast is still very much so in the concept phase so you'd also have a say in the creative direction. If you have a great attitude and a passion for podcasting, we would love to hear from you. Students are welcome (this would be great to build a portfolio)!

Responsibilities of the person in the role:

Editing and publishing of podcast episodes
Extracting audio snippets for audiograms to post on social
Uploading finished episodes to our podcast platform
Great communication skills
Assists with future planning and development of episodes
Monitors show for overall balance, variety of stories and types of pieces
Regularly provides constructive critiques of stories in meetings with team
