VFE will assist individuals by first helping them establish and set personal and professional goals. We will then create personalized and individual roadmaps to help individuals achieve their goals and overcome barriers. Life coaching is a proven model that effectively helps individuals understand their internal obstacles that prevent them from success and wellbeing. In a comprehensive study on life coaching, among the main findings are: 99% of individuals that used a life coach were satisfied 96% said that they would use a life coach again Life coaching can improve work performance by 70% [2] VFE utilizes certified life coaches that are trained to help individuals upgrade their lives by identifying barriers.
