Work description:

You will use tools & techniques such as Card sorting, 1 o 1 contextual interviews, wireframing, prototyping, focus group tests, personas, surveying, SUS, Use case flows to
Discover> Gather information, discover what the needs are, where is the market, find allies, talk to experts, involve PM & PO, hunt for data sources, determine metrics. Explore> DO competitive analysis, follow IXD principles, design for universal accessibility, persona building, journey mapping, event driven walkthroughs, gather feedback and test stories, plan for features, pivots, changes.
Test> Methods, employ qualitative usability testing, social media monitoring and analysis, BI, track usability metrics, deliver both good and bad news to the team about the product; You will benchmark the product and be the dogfooder first-hand before any other user personas.
Listen> to the information to grow and drive traffic to the product using surveys, feedback review, outreach, user sentiment and heatmap flow using BI and analytics tools, communicate future directions.
