Seeking a Big Brother(age 21-35) for Skyler, a 12 year old boy being raised by a single mom. Skyler needs a male role model to help him navigate the upcoming teenage years. Skyler is mature, considerate and caring. He is a natural helper at home where he lives with his mom and younger brother. He does not have a male role model and would like to have a Big Brother who has similar interests. He is smart and does well in school where math and science are his favorite subjects. He gets along well with his 7th grade teachers and peers. He participates in several sports throughout the year including Basketball, Football, and boxing. He also plays tennis, is on student council, and tried out for the school play. He enjoys cooking, playing video games and is learning to crochet. He would like to be a pilot when he grows up. He would like a Big brother who plays sports and likes to cook. He is excited to explore many fun activities with his BIG Brother.

The right volunteer will be a young man from any religion, ethnicity of background, between the ages of 21-35, who likes sports and would enjoy hanging out and doing activities with a "great kid." Matches meet twice a month for a couple of hours, mostly on the weekends, and make a year commitment. Match support is provided by Clinical Match Specialists.
